          "Hi my name is Cindy"." You’re Honor I would like to read you this victim impact statement to you". "Your Honor she was my only daughter, she was only 14 years old". "Your Honor when she came home from school she should me here home work and she went up to here upstairs, about 2 hours later I called her down for supper and she would not answer, I sent up her brother and then he said I FOUND DAWN HANGING CALL 911 NOW!!!" "And that was when I saw her hanging from her bedroom closet, with her tongue sticking out, eyes all white, and her face turning a gross black colour". "That was when I knew we lost her".


       "Your Honor after my daughter’s death it has changed our lives". "My son has not been the same; he has been seeing a consulter that does nothing about it". "And when he comes home he does not want to eat or do anything and he says that he has no friends at school". "And people come up to use in the street and ask us questions and that makes us mad and almost wants to rip their heads off!!!" "He does not want to go up stairs, because of his sister death". "So Your Honor I would like if you get the right consulter that can help him".
