Letter to Sodapop Assignment

Letter to Sodapop assignment.        

      Hey Sodapop. I`m doing fine and Johnny is doing fine too. Sorry that I did not let you know I left town. Here is what happened the night of the incident or at least the way I remember it.

      Well, Johnny and I were walking down the street. then we saw the Socs coming toward us. So we went into the empty lot. And that is were they jumped us. They were dunking my head in the fountain. Then Johnny pulled out his switch blade and that is when he stabbed Socs guy. Then Johnny and I ran where Dally was and that was when he gave us the gun and some money. The only thing we could think of was doing is running away. There is also is another reason we ran away was because of Darry hitting me. Then we got a train to J mountain. And that is where we are now at J mountain. 

      Our plans right now are to stay here untill the fuzz kind of forget about us if that ever happens. And Johnny wants to turn himself in but I say no way. That would put us in more trouble. And then our plans might be to come back and see you guys sometime. I really wish this never happened and forget about it.
